GSK3β-IN-2 reduces tau protein phosphorylation induced by Aβ at the Ser396 site, thereby decreasing neurofibrillary tangles. Furthermore, GSK3β-IN-2 improves Alzheimer's disease symptoms in a zebrafish model.
